What is Event Cinema?
Event Cinema gives you unique access to the highest quality performances that you could only otherwise see live at the venues themselves. These events are very often only available once in a blue moon and for short runs. They cannot be found through your usual online streaming services or via your usual tv channels which, we think, makes them extra special!
Strathearn Arts will bring you a carefully curated programme of events from across the genres which we know you will enjoy. We are also keen to work with local groups, schools and other organisations that would be interested in developing co-hosted or sponsored events. For more information or to discuss please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bowie, Bon Jovi and Robbie Williams were among the early pioneers of Event Cinema. They realised that not all of their fans could travel to big concert venues, or afford the price of the tickets. In order to bring their concerts to the fans they cut deals with venues worldwide to relay their concerts to the cinema screen. Hot on their heels was the Metropolitan Opera in New York who were able to grow their audience and reach new followers around the world.
Now there is a fantastic range of events from pop concerts to opera and from Shakespeare to the Swan Lake that can be accessed from your home town.
