Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator

Strathearn Arts is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Volunteer and Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team. We are looking for someone with experience coordinating volunteers and delivering creative, inclusive and engaging community programmes. The successful candidate will be passionate about working with people, building strong community relationships and creating opportunities for people to participate in and benefit from the arts.

 

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about people, creativity, and the positive impact that arts and culture can have on communities.

What are we looking for?

The charity is governed by a Board of Trustees with a wide range of backgrounds and experience. To support our ongoing work, we are seeking to appoint new trustees with skills and experience in the following area:

  • Finance / Accounting

However, this opportunity is open and inclusive, so we warmly welcome expressions of interest from anyone with a passion for the arts and a desire to support our work, regardless of professional background.

We are a community arts hub delivering high-quality cultural experiences for all.

  • Live music, theatre, comedy, dance, literature, and film

  • Hands-on creative learning opportunities for all ages and abilities

  • Engagement programmes supporting health, wellbeing and skills development

  • A bold, ever-changing year-round programme bringing culture to the heart of Strathearn
