My Booking

How do I buy a ticket?

The quickest and easiest way to buy a ticket is online via our website.  A small number of events may have tickets available on the door, but best to purchase in advance to avoid disappointment!


Is there a booking fee?

The advertised prices for all our tickets, from 1 May 2024, will include a booking fee.  This is retained by Strathearn Arts to offset the cost of running our digital ticket platform.

Do you accept card payments?

Card & contactless payment is our preferred option in our Box Office & Bar.  As a charity we don’t have the resources to reconcile, store & insure cash. 


Can I reserve a seat?

We currently do not have any reserved seating at our events. Doors open 30 minutes before the event start time stated on your ticket, so best to get here early for the best seat in the house.


However, if you would like to reserve a seat for accessibility reasons, please do get in touch with and let us know your requirements. 


Do you have a waiting list for your events?

We don’t run a waiting list for tickets, so when they’re gone, they’re gone! 


I am no longer able to attend an event. Can I get a refund?

We are unable to offer refunds on any tickets, however you are welcome to pass the ticket on to someone else. We can update the name on the order for you if you get in touch with


When are you open?

Our Box Office and shop is open Tuesday – Saturday 10:00 – 16:00 


Can I bring my dog along?

Unfortunately, only assistance dogs are allowed on our premises.


Do you sell Gift Cards?

Yes. We sell Gift Cards which can be redeemed on tickets and gifts in our Box Office, or behind our bar at Events.

Do you offer printing services?

Yes. Email the item you need printed to and we will let you know when it is ready to collect from our Box Office.

I am a performer who is interested in becoming a part of your programme. Who do I contact?

Get in touch with and we will pass your details on to our Programming Team. 


I am an artist who is interested in showcasing my work in your Box office. Who do I contact?

If you complete our Showcase Enquiry Form a member of the team will get in touch to discuss your options.






Do you have a car park?

We don’t have a car park on site however there is free parking limited to 3 hours until 18.00 in Kings Street Car Park, entry from Galvelmore Street.  There are also a small number of parking spaces for blue badge holders on Lodge Street.


Do you have Baby Changing facilities?

Yes. We have baby changing facilities throughout our premises. 


I would like to hire your venue for a private event. How do I do this?

If you complete our Venue Enquiry Form a member of the team will get in touch to discuss your requirements.



Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes. All entrances and toilets are on street level and accessible for wheelchair users.


Do you have on site parking for blue badge holders?

Unfortunately, we do not have any on site parking, however there are blue badge parking bays on nearby Lodge Street.
