Telephone

When you call our telephone lines (land or mobile) we collect Calling Line Identification (CLI) information. We can use this information to help improve operational efficiency and allow us to call you back. We do not share this information with third parties.

Emails

By signing up to our newsletter by the form on this website or by hard copy form available from Strathearn Arts, you are consenting to being contacted for the purpose of Strathearn Arts' news and events updates.  Information is held securely and only used for that specific purpose.  The option to unsubscribe is available at all times.

Membership Information

Applications to become a member of the Strathearn Artspace SCIO (known as Strathearn Arts) are an indication of consent to relevant personal information being held securely in accordance with the constitution of Strathearn Artspace SCIO SC044319 and the conduct of its business.  There is also a legal obligation for relevant information to be held securely during active membership of the SCIO.  Membership may cease upon request by the individual or the membership criteria no longer being applicable. 

Contractual Information

When bookings or engagements are entered into, additional relevant information may be collected in order to conduct our services and business operations.  Completion of a booking form or contract indicates consent to Strathearn Arts holding this information securely and using it solely for the purpose of the provision of that service or fulfilment of the contractual obligations.

We will never disclose any information gathered from any source to individuals or third parties not directly connected with Strathearn Arts nor will we sell that information to third parties.

Collecting Visitors' Information
We collect information in a way which does not identify anyone. When someone visits our website we collect standard Internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site, how long visitors stayed on pages and how the site was found.
