Strathearn Arts is delivered by a small team of part-time staff, supported by a dedicated group of volunteers. Together, we provide a vibrant arts centre for the community, bringing arts, culture, and creative experiences to life in Crieff.
Angela Lennon
Artistic Director
Angela was one of the first members of staff at Strathearn Arts, joining the team in 2019. As Artistic Director of Strathearn Arts, she leads the organisation, overseeing programming, partnerships, and community engagement.
With over 20 years’ experience in arts leadership, Angela is passionate about delivering high-quality cultural experiences and ensuring the arts remain accessible to everyone in the community.
Gordon McDowall
Finance & Operations Manager
Gordon joined the team in 2021 & oversees finances, real time management information, and operations at Strathearn Arts, ensuring the smooth running of the building and enhancing operational processes.
With over 40 years’ experience in customer service and operations, expertise in improving systems and experiences across global brands, he enjoys applying these skills locally in Strathearn.
Catherine Christie
Venue & Operations Coordinator
Catherine joined the team in 2026 and coordinates venue hire, supports the delivery of our events, and helps manage the day-to-day operations of Strathearn Arts.
A graduate of Gray's School of Art in Fashion and Textile Design, Catherine brings over six years' experience working in costume and wardrobe departments in Scottish theatres.
